Notes: Eva Scott Fenyes commissioned this silver bowl and its matching stand from Pasadena silversmith Clemens Friedell. Before moving to California in 1910, Friedell worked as a chaser at the Gorham factory in Providence, Rhode Island. His shop in Pasadena was located among the fashionable pergola shops at the Hotel Maryland.
