Old Hollywood: The History of Film in Pasadena

World-renowned film historian Marc Wanamaker presents a lecture on “Old Hollywood,” the history of film and its relation to Pasadena, in conjunction with the Pasadena Film Festival. The Museum’s grounds earned a reputation as a location for filming as early as 1912, when legendary director D.W. Griffith used the Fenyes Estate Gardens as the location for When Kings Were the Law.
