Book Signing – Glen Dawson: Mountaineer and Bookman

Author and historian Elizabeth Pomeroy will discuss her new book about Glen Dawson. Glen was a beloved and renowned man of books as well as an avid globe-trotting climber. As a partner in the illustrious Dawson’s Book Shop in L.A. for sixty years, he influenced a renaissance in Southern California book life. Glen was a resident of Pasadena for seventy years, and some of the Dawson family papers are housed in the Archives. Books will be available for purchase (Members can purchase at a discount).
